This site sets no cookie of its own, and it stores nothing on your device. Your document is read in memory and discarded when you close or reset the page.
Measurement
Visits are counted with Umami, which is cookieless by design: it sets nothing, builds no profile, and honours the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser. The complete list of what it can record is on the privacy page, and every entry on it is a bare name — there is no way for a measurement here to carry a value at all.
Advertising
This site carries advertising, and advertising is where cookies come from. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s certified TCF v2.3 consent platform presents the required choices before any advertising purpose that needs consent, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can reopen that choice at any time from the privacy control the platform provides.
Where applicable United States state law treats advertising data use as a sale or sharing, the same surface, or a message to support@draftrecord.com, is the opt-out route.
What is never involved
Nothing read out of your document reaches an advertising request. Not the text, not the filename, not the author name stored inside it, not a count or a proportion taken from it. Advertising on this site is contextual and knows only which page you are reading.
